1. Service Description

HeyPhoto by HeyDrop is an AI-powered professional headshot generation service. Users upload personal photos which are processed by artificial intelligence to produce studio-quality professional headshots suitable for LinkedIn profiles, business cards, resumes, and other professional uses.

2. User Responsibilities

By using HeyPhoto, you agree to the following:

  • You will only upload photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to use.
  • You will not upload photos containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • You will not use generated headshots for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Payment Terms

HeyPhoto operates on a one-time purchase model. Payment is collected before AI headshot generation begins. Once the generation process has started, purchases are non-refundable as computational resources have been consumed. Payments on the web are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Mobile payments are managed through RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any headshots generated by HeyPhoto using your uploaded photos. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit your generated headshots without restriction. HeyPhoto and HeyDrop do not claim any ownership or license rights over your generated images. The HeyPhoto brand, logo, and service design remain the intellectual property of HeyDrop.

5. Limitation of Liability

HeyPhoto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated headshots will meet your specific expectations or requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HeyPhoto if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but you retain ownership of any previously generated headshots.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of HeyPhoto after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
