Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about HeyPhoto by HeyDrop.
How does HeyPhoto work?
HeyPhoto uses advanced AI to transform your everyday selfies into studio-quality professional headshots. Simply upload 8-12 photos of yourself, choose a style, and our AI generates polished headshots in minutes. No studio visit, no photographer needed.
How many photos do I need to upload?
We recommend uploading 8-12 photos for the best results. Include a variety of angles (front-facing, slight left/right turns) and lighting conditions. The more variety you provide, the better the AI can understand your features and generate accurate headshots.
How long does generation take?
Most headshot sets are generated within 10-20 minutes. Processing time may vary depending on server load and the number of styles selected. You will be notified when your headshots are ready for download.
What styles are available?
HeyPhoto offers a range of professional styles including Corporate (classic business look), Creative (modern and artistic), Casual Professional (relaxed but polished), and more. Each style adjusts background, lighting, attire, and overall aesthetic to match your needs.
Can I get a refund?
Because AI headshot generation consumes significant computational resources the moment processing begins, purchases are non-refundable once generation has started. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your headshots, please contact us at support@heydrop.app and we will work to resolve it.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your uploaded photos are processed via secure, encrypted connections and are deleted from our servers after generation is complete. We do not use your photos for AI training or share them with third parties. Generated headshots are available for download for a limited time, then removed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What resolution are the generated photos?
HeyPhoto generates high-resolution headshots suitable for professional use. Output images are delivered at resolutions appropriate for both digital use (LinkedIn, email signatures, websites) and print (business cards, badges). Typical output is 1024x1024 pixels or higher.
